Kintsugi objects are objects of art that need to be treated with care. Please observe the following instructions for handling and cleaning in order to preserve your art object for a long time.
The coating with gold, silver and other metals is susceptible to abrasion. For purely decorative use, it is sufficient to remove the dust with a soft cloth at certain intervals. Avoid using chemical cleaning agents and polishes.
Do not clean the objects in the dishwasher. They should only be cleaned with warm water and a soft sponge or cloth and then carefully dried with a soft cotton cloth. Always make sure not to use rough or dirty polishing or microfibre cloths. These are too abrasive and can damage the gold-plated surface. A gradual abrasion of the coating can be avoided.
